THE ANVIL Mentorship Program is a 13-week blueprint founded by Mercy Okeke, aka MadameLandlady, designed to help Realtors like you THRIVE in today’s challenging real estate market. By the end of this program, you will have a clear roadmap, actionable strategies, and the confidence to close high-value deals and build a thriving real estate business.

What is the duration of the mentorship program?
The program runs for 13 weeks, featuring structured faculty lectures, accountability sessions, and assignments designed to help you scale and stand out in the real estate industry.
Is the mentorship program self-paced or live?
The program includes live virtual classes, Q&A sessions, and group discussions. Recordings will be made available for participants to revisit lessons.
What time are the sessions held?
The first session will be held on a Saturday, but all other Sessions are held on Sundays by 7:30 pm WAT and run till 9:30 pm. After which we will have a 30-40 minutes accountability session. Recordings will be accessible if you are unable to attend live.
Will there be replays of the sessions?
Yes. All students will have the replays for further study
Do I need prior experience in real estate to join?
No prior experience is required. This program is designed for both beginners and those already in the real estate field who want to scale their business.
Are there any technical requirements?
Yes. You’ll need a stable internet connection, a laptop or smartphone, and access to Google Meet.
Is attendance mandatory for every session?
While we encourage live participation for the best experience, all sessions will be recorded and shared for your convenience. However, active participation is key to making the most of this program.
Will I have direct access to the mentors?
Yes, there will be opportunities to interact with mentors during live sessions and dedicated Q&A periods.
Will there be opportunities to network with other participants?
Absolutely! Networking is highly encouraged to foster collaboration and shared learning.
Can I ask questions outside the live sessions?
Yes, we have a support group where you can submit questions, and mentors or team members will respond.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the program?
Yes, a certificate of completion will be awarded to all participants who meet the required 70% attendance.
How can I stay updated on program schedules and announcements?
All registered participants will be given a detailed program syllabus and timetable/dates for all sessions. You can add the dates to your calendar and set reminders. You will also receive regular updates via email and the dedicated Whatsapp group created for participants.
Is there a dedicated accountability program as part of the benefits?
Yes, the mentorship program includes a dedicated accountability program. This ensures that every participant stays on track with their goals and assignments. You will have regular check-ins, progress reviews, and actionable feedback to help you implement what you have learned and achieve measurable results by the end of the program.
